How the request works

  1. Provide the account details that help IMela identify your profile, such as the phone number or email used on the platform.
  2. If your request relates to Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, or another connected service, include the page, channel, username, or account identifier when available.
  3. Send the request using the prepared email flow below or through the official IMela support page.
  4. IMela may ask for verification before acting on the request and may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or dispute-resolution reasons.

What this may cover

  • Account profile data and contact details associated with your IMela account, subject to verification and applicable retention obligations.
  • Connected platform information stored by IMela for supported integrations, such as Facebook page connections, creator platform links, and related metadata.
  • User-generated marketplace or campaign data where deletion is permitted and does not conflict with legal, operational, fraud-prevention, or financial recordkeeping requirements.
